SumUp operates our online store and accepts most major credit or debit cards.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We only refund damaged books which have been fulfilled by our online store.
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?
Postage is £3.95 for orders below £20 and free for orders above £20. Unfortunately we cannot post outside of the United Kingdom at this time. Our books are also available from Amazon, The Great British Bookstore and can be ordered by most book stores.

I WANT A SIGNED BOOK
We will be offering signed books in the near future. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified when signed books are available.
How long is delivery?
Books are usually despatched direct from our printers, orders take between 10-14 days. If your order is urgent, please contact us in advance as we hold a small stock of books and we may be able to fulfull your order instead of going to our printer. You can also order direct from Amazon (usually the quickest) or The Great British Bookstore.
Which delivery company is used?
For orders of a single book, we usually use Royal Mail. For larger orders we use Royal Mail, The Delivery Group and DPD.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are sent to our printers during normal trading hours (9 to 5), it may be possible to cancel an order within 24 hours of being placed, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we will endeavour to fulfill your request, but cancellations beyond 24 hours will not be possible.

What publishing imprints do you have?
SmithWrite Books is our primary imprint for our adult fiction titles. For our Children's books we use Magic Stone Books. We also have imprints for other categories, to be revealed as a when we publish those.
